Challenge: Washi Tape Card

I have been seeing a lot of washi tape projects around craft blogland, and a recent trip to the friendly neighbourhood craft store yielded 2 sets of mini washi tapes. I just couldn't resist them anymore! :)

And while Hubby Cookie packs for our 4-day Hong Kong getaway, I sneaked to the craft table and played with them.  This is what came out of it.

I hope you like what you saw here today.  Leave me some love. :)

This challenge is for -
1. Stacy's Stash Challenge at Sketches 4 All - Use the colour pink.
2. Moxie Fab World's Damask and Brocade Challenge
3. Make It Monday Linky Party #91
4. Yes, Virginia... I'm Inspired Challenge

Challenge: Miss You Card

Here's a little "Miss You" card I made using the couch from the Sitting Cute rubber stamp set from The Greeting Farm.

A close up shot.

My card creation is inspired by Moxie Fab World's Damask and Brocade Challenge and The Greeting Farm's Farm Fresh Friday - Black and White with 1 other colour Challenge.

I hope you like it.

Challenge Entry: 365 Cards - Day 271 - Keep It Simple

A quick and easy card done under 30 minutes! :)

This card is for 365 Cards' Day 271 challenge which is to keep it simple using only these elements on the card.

Cardstock base, 1 patterned paper, 2 embellishments, and a sentiment - that's all you can have on your card.

And so here is my take.

The DP I used is from American Crafts I Do collection.  The ribbon is also American Crafts.  The sentiment is from Inkadinkado.  Then I popped a cute little baby shoe charm from All About Scrapbooking to match my sentiment.

More challenges:
1. Meljen's Designs - Twine
2. Lollipop Crafts - B for... Brown
3. Deep Ocean Challenge - C as ... Charm
4. Moxie Fab World - Pay It Forward Challenge - National Day of Encouragement

Thanks for looking! :)

Challenge Entry: Hello Card

Here's a "Hello" card this time.  It's been a while since I did one, so here it goes...

I keep it simple in design as well as in the colour tones I used.

Card stock: PapertreyInk
DP: Graphic45
Sentiment: Chipboard Sticker letters from Papermarket
Stamp: Inkadinkado

I am entering my card to these challenges.
1. 365 Cards - Day 257 - The 3 S's - Pam's S's were Sponging (which I did on the edges of the Kraft cardstock) and Stickers (the chipboard letter which was my sentiment).  My S is stamping which would be the flowers.

2. Moxie Fab World - 365 Cards Week - The Pay It Forward Challenge - This is my card for the "World Hello Day" category.

Challenge Entry: Trying a New Technique with Medallions

I tried a new technique today -  making rosettes, or award ribbons, or medallions.  It's quite a fad nowadays across craft blog land, so I thought of giving it a shot.  And here's what I came up with. :)

Cardstock: American Crafts
DP: Pebbles
Punches: EK Success, Martha Stewart
Stamped Sentiment: American Crafts

I am submitting my project to these challenges.
1. 365 Cards - Day 251 - Super Sketchy Sunday

2. Moxie Fab World - The Championing Award Medallions Challenge
3. CAS-ual Fridays - Over the Edge (a second entry)
CFC27:  Create a Clean And Simple card with a panel or design element that goes Over the Edge of the card front.

Of course, it's another of my CAS designs. :)

Zoom in on the sentiment details.

Here's CPS Sketch 238 by the way.

And the Tuesday Trigger inspiration photo.

Thank you for dropping by! :)
