Challenge: Thank You for All That You Do

Sometimes you get that overwhelming feeling of gratitude towards a person and that you just need to let it out and put everything out on a card.

I can relate to how a dear friend is feeling.  This card is for her to give to somebody who puts a special sparkle in her eyes these days. ;)

My card is inspired by this week's Freshly Made Sketch.

My card also fits the challenge over at The Rubber Buggy Challenge Blog - It's All About the Heart challenge.

Leave me some love. :)

Challenge: Simply Wonderful Birthday Card

I am playing along this week with the Seize the Birthday challenge.  Here is this week's sketch, and the challenge is to make a feminine birthday card.  Here is my take, inspired by circles! :)

I was also inspired by this week's FFF Challenge - Buttons and Bakers Twine.  So, here is what I came up with! :)

The paper is from AC. The image stamp is from TGF's Sitting Wonderful which I coloured in with Copics.  The sentiment stamp is from MFT's Polka Dot Greetings. Die cuts from MFT as well - circle stax and fishtail banner stax.

Leave me some love. :)

It seems like I am on a roll...

So, I give you another Valentine's Day card featuring MFT's Pure Innocence - I Love You This Big clear stamps. :)

365 Cards: Day 20 - Super Sketchy Sunday (Sketch by Wendi Robinson)

Being a card maker, I am always looking forward to the next big occasion, and we all know what the next one is right after the Christmas holidays...

Glitter Text Generator

With this week's super sketch from DT Wendi, I made a Valentines Day card!

So... here is this week's sketch to inspire you.

And here is my card for you this week!

I played with an adorable MFT Pure Innocence Stamp - Love You with All my Heart. I coloured them with Copics. I used a pink glitter gel pen for her clip and shoes but the camera didn't render the shimmer nicely, too bad. I had some Doodlebug paper, washi tape, and pearls on there, too.

Did you like that? I am sure the rest of the Sunday Girls will have something for you to "oooh" and "aaah" over as well...  Visit their blogs!

After that wonderful parade of cards, you should definitely hit the crafting table and make a card to link to the 365 Cards Challenge Blog! We'd love to see what you come up with! :)

Have a great week ahead, 365ers! :)

S4All: Fall Colours Challenge (Sketch from PageMaps)

This month's Sketches4All Challenge is to use this sketch from PageMaps in a creation using fall colours.

That's tough for me as I am more of a "pastel" kind of girl.  But, I did try my best to make it work. And here is my card creation for y'all! :)

I used MFT's Here's the Scoop clear stamps on my card.

Visit us on the Sketches4All community to participate in this challenge. There's a RAK up for grabs for a random entry and of course, lots of love await from  your fellow crafters! :)

Challenge: Congratulations

Over the last couple of months, I have been trying out several makes of stamps.  And one of my favorites are the ones from My Favorite Things.  Having been a follower of the MFT blog and forums for a while, I have finally decided to jump in and send a card for their Wednesday Stamp Club challenge #82.

Here is this week's sketch -

And here is my take -

The DPs are from DoodleBug Designs' Snips & Snails collection.  The stamped image and sentiment is from the A La Mode - Bundle of Baby clear stamp set. The stitching is also a clear stamp from the Framed Greetings stamp set.

Here is a close up on the stamped image which I coloured with Copics.  The dress and headband is paper-pieced from a scrap piece of an AC DP.

My card is also inspired by the following challenges -
1 - Stacy's Challenge @ Sketches4All - Circles
2 - The Stamping Boutique - Paper Piecing
