And so, my famous barbecue sauce was put to the test... We bought chicken wings, cut them lollie style and marinated them in my barbecue sauce for around 10 to 15 minutes.
The marinated chickent lollies were deep fried. The remaining marinade, I simmered for 2 to 3 minutes, strained, and served as a dip for the chicken lollies.
Here is the finished product.

The bowl of Guinisang Monggo was care of Fred. Thanks for sharing the food. My tastebuds were not so excited about the strong ginger taste but it was pleased. :D
