Whimsy Stamps Guest Designer Contest - May 2013

I've been a Whimsy Stamps stalker for a while, and I have always loved looking at the wonderful stamps they have on the store and the fantastic ways the amazing team showcase them.

And every once in a while, I get to thinking, if I do try out to be part of the team, will I make the cut?  So... here is me trying to be bold. I just want to put myself out there and share what I can do.

Hubby Cookie is my number one fan. And I trust him when he says, my cards do actually have some appeal and can pass for great DT projects.

Okay, I'm crossing everything... Fingers, legs, toes, eyes... LOL!

This is a project I made as a DT assignment when Lia Stampz sponsored us over at the 365 Cards Challenge blog.

I enjoy colouring this image and trying to find the perfect papers to match her "beach-y" get up. :)

I am really keen on joining the team even just for a short stint. I would be a real pleasure to work along side fabulous talent.

365 Cards: Day 76 - Super Sketchy Sunday (Sketch by Wendi Robinson)

Happy Sunday!  I had a fun last weekend with Hubby Cookie and some dear friends getting some sun at our favourite resort in Bintan, Indonesia.  Here's a snap of our little group with some of the performers over dinner under the stars. That's me seated right at the centre. LOL! :)

Sometimes you get that overwhelming feeling of gratitude towards a person and that you just need to let it out and put everything out on a card.

I can relate to how a dear friend is feeling.  This card is for her to give to somebody who puts a special sparkle in her eyes these days. ;)

365 Cards: Day 62 - Super Sketchy Sunday (Sketch by Wendi Robinson)

It's March already! Can you believe it! The days are just whizzing by.  In a few weeks, I'll be turning a year older! Oh my! :)

To kick off my birthday month, I went to the salon for a new hairstyle, did a little shopping, and had tons of fun with Hubby Cookie at the mall. He looked like he was having fun from this photo, right? LOL!

Okay, enough of that... Let's move on to business.  It's Sunday and that entails for 365ers a Super Sketchy Sunday!  Here's this week's sketch.
