The challenge ...
Create at least one balloon on your card using an item or object that wasn't originally intended to be a balloon.
My take on the challenge ...
I used heart-shaped felt stickers as balloons. A friend brought me home these felt stickers from her trip to Japan. The stamp is from Kaisercraft - Buddies. I used Versafine Onyx Black ink to stamp it on a white cardstock.
I found the challenge tough, but I really liked how my little card turned out.
5 Cookie Thoughts:
Hi, Cookie! Love the card you made.. :) So cute, especially the stamp! It's always nice to know another Filipina cardmaker! :) I'm currently building a site on cardmaking for beginners to inspire newbies to give it a try. If you have the time, I'd like to invite you to "guest post" and share one of your cards and provide a brief tutorial on it for newbies. The post you create will not actually be a blog post per se but a permanent, forever-there webpage that will also link to your blog so viewers can see more of your work! :) You can share your cards and also see the cards others have shared using this link:

It would be an honor to feature one of your cards on the site! :) Hope to see one of your gorgeous works there!
Hi Rochelle!
Thank you for the kind words. I am a newbie myself and also just learning through looking at other cards.
I'd love to share some of my works on your site. I'll try the link.
Again thanks! :)
Cheers,
Jenny
